We pay dues to TCMA and have use of their facilities which are very nice. However, spreading the word about yoga classes and events is almost noon existent since they stopped mailing out the newsletter. They didn't even do bulk emails which can be free. The sign on the door doesn't reflect Saturday hours. It's a great resource for our kids and elders. Books galore, at classes. But what good is it if the plane is empty and classes get cancelled due to low or no signups They need more updated management. They need volunteers. They need to market and spread the word to residents. Management needs to reach out and get with it.

The maintenance fees here are nearly $200 every three months, yet it's hard to see the value when many of the amenities are either underutilized by residents or mostly used by outsiders. The community regularly rents out facilities for private events, making it difficult at times for actual residents to access the amenities we’re paying to maintain. Transparency is another major issue. Trying to obtain a copy of the final audit or financial documents feels like pulling teeth—something that should be readily available to paying homeowners. For a community association, there should be much more accountability and open communication with residents. It’s frustrating to contribute financially without seeing the benefits fairly distributed or clear explanations of where funds are going. Hopefully, this changes for the better.

The people that live here are nice and so are walks around the lake. Unfortunately, the Township has a long standing reputation of being ran by community commandos. Do not get on their bad side, because they will make your living experience dificult. They will also age descriminate with renting things like clubhouses. They want this neighborhood to run like a retirement community, even though it is not. You can be a 30 year old adult and be looked at like a teenage trouble maker as they do their rounds showing their dissaprovement.

It’s a community of kind friendly people. It is a safe place to live and has beautiful surroundings. I’ve been here for 32 years and it still looks as beautiful as the first day

I love the Gym and differen Arts Areas that the neighbors and guests can practice here!!
